STEP 1

How to make hot sandwiches with sausage and cheese? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Choose any sausages to suit your taste. Yesterday's loaf will do. Very fresh ones will crumble when cut. I use 15% sour cream.
STEP 2

In a separate bowl, combine the egg with sour cream. Add salt and spices to taste. For spices I use a little paprika and ground pepper. You can also add chopped fresh herbs.
STEP 3

The sausages can be used whole or cut in half lengthwise. Cut the cheese into thin slices. There is no need to grate it - it will already have time to melt.
STEP 4

Cut the loaf into slices 1.5-2 cm thick. Dip each loaf slice into the sour cream mixture.
STEP 5

Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and place the loaf for frying. Wait for the bottom of the loaf slice to brown a little. There is no need to make a big fire.
STEP 6

Then turn the loaf over. Place sausages and slices of cheese on it. Cover with a lid and fry over low heat for a couple more minutes. During this time, the loaf will have time to brown on the bottom, the sausages will warm up, and the cheese will melt and begin to flow down the sausages.
STEP 7

Remove the finished hot sandwiches from the frying pan onto a plate and serve! Very tasty and satisfying! Bon appetit!
