There was no baking paper, I used foil. I added a little ketchup to the marinade for a rich color. The honey wings in the oven turned out bright, with a crispy crust, but at the same time juicy. Wings are always a win-win! Fast and tasty, and even more so with such a marinade! The wings just flew away with the fresh vegetables. Thanks to the author for the publication.

For the holiday dinner I decided to bake honey wings in the oven. I took one tray of wings, in which there were 12 of them. I didn’t cut the ends, we just love them very much. The marinade seems to be familiar, but what is unusual for me is that the only liquid ingredients are honey. My honey is floral and very aromatic. I warmed it up a little in the microwave to make it easier to mix. From the spices I took paprika and chicken seasoning. Added salt and garlic, passed through a press. The marinade turned out beautiful to look at, it is translucent, and tastes sweet and spicy. I dried the wings, mixed them with the marinade and put them in the refrigerator overnight. Bake for 40 minutes at 200°C. It’s really better to put parchment on the baking sheet, it will be easier to clean. The wings turned out delicious and aromatic! The meat is soft and juicy! The honey gave the chicken a nice sweet note that paired perfectly with the garlic! Thanks for the recipe!
