    Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Scald the lemon with boiling water and wipe dry.

    In a deep bowl, combine all the dry ingredients - flour, salt and sugar, mix well. In another bowl, combine sour cream, soda, lemon juice and lemon zest, mix everything thoroughly until smooth. Add 100 grams of cold butter to a bowl with dry ingredients, start mixing with a fork, then with your hands and turn the whole mass into flour crumbs. Combine dry and liquid ingredients and knead into a homogeneous, slightly sticky dough.

    Place the dough in a plastic bag and place in the refrigerator for 30 - 40 minutes. Remove the dough from the refrigerator, sprinkle the work surface with flour and roll out the dough to a thickness of 5–6 mm. Use a cookie cutter or glass to form cookies and place them on a baking tray, having previously covered it with baking paper.

    Brush the shaped cookies on top with egg and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until golden brown, about 15 to 20 minutes. Remove the finished cookies from the oven, cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
