Homemade cottage cheese cookies

Let's prepare the products. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.

Grind the cottage cheese through a sieve.

Coarsely grate the butter and add sugar. Mix.
STEP 4

Add the egg, soda, slaked with vinegar. Mix.
STEP 5

Grind everything thoroughly.
STEP 6

Add flour and knead into a smooth, homogeneous dough. Control the amount of flour. You may need more (or less), it all depends on the moisture content of the cottage cheese. The dough should not stick to your hands.
STEP 7

On a table dusted with flour, roll out the dough into a layer 5 millimeters thick and cut out cookies with a cookie cutter.
STEP 8

The baking sheet can be greased with oil, you can line it with parchment paper, I use a silicone baking mat. We lay out our cookies. Place in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.
