In a blender or meat grinder, bring the breast, milk, salt and garlic to a homogeneous mass.
STEP 3
Choose the largest pan. Place the resulting mass on cling film and roll it into a sausage shape (the length should not exceed the diameter of the pan). It is better to wrap it in several layers, tying the edges so that the mass does not leak out.
STEP 4
Place in boiling water. The water should completely cover our sausages. Cook covered for about 1 hour.

For chicken sausages, it is enough to pour boiling water from a kettle over them twice with an interval of 10-15 minutes, and leave them in boiling water for 15-20 minutes. Drain the water and rinse with cold water. You can immediately eat them, or simply boil them in water at a temperature 80* 25-30 min.
