Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Wash the fillet, cut it into small pieces, add dry instant gelatin, Italian herbs, chopped garlic, ground black pepper and salt. Stir and leave for 20 minutes.

Good recipe... I do almost the same thing, but instead of a jar I wrap it in a couple of layers of foil. And I also add dill.
