Delicious homemade cheese that you won't find in the store. Instead of greens, you can add anything to suit any taste))
P.S. The fattier the milk and kefir you use, the fattier and higher in calories the cheese will be.
Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 5 hr 20 mins
STEP 1
Put the milk on the fire and heat it up, but don’t let it boil
STEP 2
Beat an egg into the kefir and add salt to taste (it’s better to over-salt, otherwise when mixed with milk the cheese will still be bland). Mix with a whisk until smooth
STEP 3
Pour kefir into the milk in a thin stream, stirring with a spatula
STEP 4
Continuing to stir, cook until the curds separate from the whey.
STEP 5
Adding greens
STEP 6
Place in a colander with gauze and let drain
STEP 7
We place the cheese in gauze in a bowl and put it under pressure for 5 hours, I left it overnight. That's all, our cheese is ready!!!)))
