Since childhood, the kitchen has been a place of magic for me, where my grandmother lovingly prepared fragrant pies, and my mother shared the secrets of a sauce that could transform any dish. We gathered with the whole family at the table, and every meal turned into a holiday. Traveling around the world, I've been inspired by a variety of cuisines, from spicy Thai curry to rich Italian risotto. My goal is to show that anyone can cook deliciously and with soul, and that cuisine is not only about recipes, but also about the love that we put into every dish.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality at Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
