STEP 1
Let's prepare all the products. My greens are dill, maybe parsley. And who doesn’t like it - you can do it without greens at all.

Beat the eggs into a bowl.

Add sour cream and mix well with a whisk.
STEP 4
Pour milk into a saucepan, add salt and bring to a boil.
STEP 5
Then pour the egg-sour cream mixture into the milk in a stream and keep stirring. Fire is medium. The flakes will immediately begin to separate. Stirring, cook the mixture for 5-7 minutes.
STEP 6
A filter is placed at the bottom of the mold.
STEP 7
Then pour the whole mass into the mold. Place a larger saucepan underneath, the whey will be very tasty))
STEP 8
Add greens (if desired) and stir.
STEP 9
We put a filter on top.
STEP 10
And under the press for 8 hours. I placed it on the windowsill overnight with the window open. If there is no mold, you can just use gauze. Place all the ingredients in it, tie the ends and hang it over a saucepan or sink.
STEP 11
This is such a wonderful cheese. Very tender and tasty, slices perfectly. Moreover, it is useful - you will always know what your children are eating) With us, it is eaten in 2-3 days. The taste is excellent. Whey makes excellent pancakes)
