I love homemade cheeses, so I decided to make homemade cheese with herbs. I prepared it according to the recipe, there was a little more than a glass of kefir left in the refrigerator, I also added that along with sour cream. At the last moment I changed my mind about adding greens to the cheese mixture and decided to add them when serving. I don’t have a special form, I poured the cheese mass into a colander lined with double gauze and placed a plate with a load on top. I left it overnight. For breakfast we got a very tasty soft, creamy cheese for sandwiches. I will be happy to use this recipe in the future. Thank you, olgay 198108!

Great recipe! I tried this cheese from friends, they brought it from the village. Only, unfortunately, our milk and sour cream are store-bought, no one is responsible for the composition and quality, which is a pity
