Homemade burger with spicy crispy chicken
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Take the chicken fillet, wash it, and then dry it with paper towels. If you want to get a beautiful round cutlet, then take a round cutting mold or, for example, a bowl of the required diameter, as well as a sharp knife and use them to make a chicken cutlet by placing the bowl / mold on the chicken fillet and running the knife around the bowl. Or just cut off a thin piece of chicken; this will not affect the taste in any way.
STEP 2
Now prepare the batter for the chicken cutlet. Take two bowls. In one, put 1 tablespoon of a special breading for preparing the well-known spicy wings and gradually pour water into it, stirring constantly. You should get a homogeneous batter with the consistency of drinking yogurt. Pour the remaining breading mixture into another bowl. Now heat the frying pan well by pouring oil into it.
STEP 3
Salt the cutlet, dip it in a bowl with batter, then carefully dip it in dry breading in several layers and immediately place it in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry the cutlet at medium temperature for about 8 minutes until cooked through and golden brown. Place the finished cutlet on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
STEP 4
Next, prepare all the vegetables for the burger. Wash the frillis and cucumber and dry. Slice the cucumber lengthwise (not thickly) to form oblong pieces. Peel the onion and cut it into thin feathers. Place the onion feathers in a small bowl or bowl, pour in vinegar, water and add a pinch of sugar. Mix all the ingredients in the bowl and leave the onions to marinate for at least 7 minutes.
STEP 5
Prepare the burger sauce. To do this, take a small bowl or bowl and pour mayonnaise into it, add a little kefir. This is done to make the sauce more tender. Next, peel the garlic clove and crush it using a garlic press. Mix all ingredients.
STEP 6
Next, take a sesame wheat bun. Cut it lengthwise into two parts. Turn on the oven, setting the toast mode, place the halves of the buns on the rack and toast for 3 minutes, until light golden brown stripes form.
STEP 7
Now move on to the most important part - assembling the burger. Set the sesame cap aside for now. Take the bottom of the bun, place a couple of frillis lettuce leaves on it, brush the leaves with the previously prepared sauce. Place pickled onions on top of the sauce. Next, add the fried, crispy, juicy chicken cutlet. Next will be the cucumbers, which are also greased with mayonnaise-kefir sauce.
STEP 8
Once assembled, install the second part of the bun (with sesame seeds).
STEP 9
Homemade burger with spicy crispy chicken and pork cutlet is ready! Bon appetit!
