    Add the sifted flour to the dough in parts. Keep in mind that you may need more or less flour than called for in the recipe. Look at the consistency of the dough.

    Prepare the ingredients for the filling. You can use any ham you like. You can also choose any cheese, as long as it melts well. Wash the greens and dry with napkins. I used parsley, but any herb of your choice will work here.
