Grilled duck on a spit

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Before cooking duck on a spit, it must be marinated. To do this, remove the pits from the apricots and transfer the fruit to a blender.
STEP 2

Add rosemary leaves, salt and ground black pepper, sugar to the blender, grind everything
STEP 3

Using a meat syringe, pierce the skin of the duck in many places over the entire surface of the carcass.
STEP 4
