Step-by-step preparation
- STEP 1 - I suggest using the recipe for baked green beans not only as a side dish, but also considering it as an independent second course. 
- STEP 2 - Finely chop the onion, cut the carrots into thin cubes. 
- STEP 3 - Fry the onion in vegetable oil until transparent. 
- STEP 4 - Add carrots and beans. Simmer under the lid until the beans and carrots are ready, stirring the vegetables periodically, at the end add salt and pepper to taste. 
- STEP 5 - Cut the cheese into cubes. 
- STEP 6 - Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Place vegetables, add cheese. Break the eggs and place on the vegetables. Bake at 180 degrees for about 10-15 minutes (watch the eggs for readiness). There is no need to preheat the oven, otherwise the yolk will become covered with a white film.
