Greek puff pastry pie with minced meat and cheese

A grand pie with minced meat and cheese will become a dish of the day in your family! It's like a Napoleon snack bar that can be filled with any savory filling you like. I found a recipe for this pie in a fashion magazine. It may have nothing to do with a real Greek pie, but it is finger-licking delicious! I suggest using Greek layer mince pie as a hearty Sunday dinner meal.

Basically I prepared everything according to the cooking description. The assembled pie was baked in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. The minced meat was initially fried in vegetable oil, and when it absorbed and evaporated the liquid, I added about the same amount of olive oil and fried the minced meat until tender. Replaced some components: Meat - ground turkey. (450g) Instead of 300g of feta cheese - 400g of sirtake. As a hard cheese - natural "Russian" cheese (300g). Added 3 C1 eggs to the filling. And brushed the pie with another egg. Dill - 30g. Cilantro - 30g. I also added 1/4 packet of seasoning for chicken and turkey. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. The pie turned out amazingly delicious! Definitely a recipe that will be repeated! Thank you
