Gourmet fish in the oven from pink salmon

STEP 1

In order to prepare fish according to the recipe “Gourmet fish in the oven from pink salmon”, take the following products: fish, onions, carrots, tomatoes, hard melting cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, flour, salt and spices if necessary (if you like).
STEP 2

Cut the pink salmon into fillets on the skin; I have fresh fish, which is slightly frozen, but in this dish it behaved wonderfully - it turned out juicy and appetizing. The main thing is that the fish does not have a stale smell, but it is not always possible to bring it to us without defrosting it. Therefore, when choosing pink salmon, you must smell it (and other fish too); if it has a rotten smell, freezing will not hide it.
STEP 3

Peel the onions and carrots - the more of them, the tastier the fish will be, and, moreover, you will not have to make an additional side dish. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater and cut the onion into small cubes. Lightly fry the vegetables in a frying pan with vegetable oil, and then simmer until half cooked.
STEP 4

Prepare the sauce by mixing sour cream and mayonnaise in equal parts; to thicken the sauce, add a little flour, salt, pepper and stir until smooth; if the sour cream is too thick, add a couple of tablespoons of water.
STEP 5

Place prepared vegetables in a baking dish.
STEP 6

Place fish fillet, cut into portions, on the onions and carrots.
STEP 7

Salt and pepper the fish to taste.
STEP 8

Pour the prepared sauce over the fish and vegetables.
STEP 9

Thinly slice the tomato and place the slices on top of the fish.
STEP 10

Generously sprinkle the fish with grated cheese. Place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 20-25 minutes depending on your oven.
STEP 11

Gourmet fish made from pink salmon in the oven is ready, it is best to serve it hot, immediately after cooking. It turns out the fish is very juicy and tasty, a friend just came to visit - we had lunch, she was absolutely delighted.
