    How to make a fruit salad dessert with mango and strawberries? Prepare fruits, berries and lettuce, namely: rinse thoroughly and let dry. You can take each ingredient in a different quantity, it’s a matter of taste and preference. I cooked from what I had at the moment and according to my taste. The only thing is that it is better to take fruits and berries that are ripe and juicy.

    The whole salad comes together very quickly, but start with the dressing so it has time to sit for a while. Grind the Italian herbs in a mortar. Add salad oil of your choice, a little fresh lemon juice and a spoonful of liquid honey, stir well. You can change the greens to your liking; fresh ones work well too. It is better to take virgin oil, unrefined - it is more aromatic. I had salt in the herbs, if I don’t have it, add a pinch separately.

    Place lettuce leaves in a spacious salad bowl. Peel the films and cut the grapefruit into slices. Don’t make it too small, 3-4 segments are enough. If the fruit is juicy, do all the manipulations over the salad bowl to retain all the juice, and it will wonderfully complement the dressing.

    Peel and chop the pear and mango pulp. It is better to cut pieces of fruit approximately the same size.

    Remove the stem from the strawberry and cut the berry into 4-6 pieces, depending on the size of the berry. Add blueberries. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss very carefully.

    Serve immediately while the lettuce leaves are still juicy and crunchy. The salad immediately releases a lot of juice and is completely unable to stand while waiting for guests, keep this in mind. Therefore, you should cook exactly as much as there will be people. But I just love everything that remains at the bottom (and I always keep the last portion for myself)!
