Fruit and berry pie Assorted
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
I divided the eggs into whites and yolks. Add a pinch of salt to the whites and beat until soft foam. Then add half the sugar from the total mass and continue beating until thick foam.
STEP 2
While the whites are whipping, at the same time I begin to beat the yolks with the second half of the sugar. Until fluffy and lightly whitened. If it is not possible to beat everything at the same time, first beat the whites, set aside, and then the yolks. Then add softened butter. It is very important that the yolks and butter are at the same (room) temperature, otherwise the mass may separate. And I continue to beat until fluffy. it will take 5-7 minutes.
STEP 3
When both masses are whipped, I combine them. This should not be done for long, at the minimum speed of the mixer. This is what the egg-butter mixture should look like. It is a little liquid, but at the same time fluffy and airy.
STEP 4
Add baking powder and vanilla sugar to the flour, mix everything well. And sift it into the egg-oil mixture in 2-3 additions. I mix well every time. I don’t do this for long so that the eggs don’t lose their fluffiness, but there shouldn’t be a lump of flour left unkneaded.
STEP 5
That's it, this is how the dough should turn out. It's quite thick.
STEP 6
I pour it into the form in which I will bake. The size of my form is 20*30. I first lined it with parchment paper. I level it.
STEP 7
Here's the filling I'll be using. You can take absolutely any one.
STEP 8
And I put it on top. First, I used a knife to mark the boundaries of each piece of pie on the dough. It was easier for me to spread the filling. I sprinkle the sour berries with sugar.
STEP 9
Bake at 170 degrees for 30 minutes. But you better rely on your oven and a dry toothpick. If you want the fruit to not sink in the dough, take a larger mold so that the layer of dough is thinner. Let it cool.
STEP 10
If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar and you can try.
STEP 11
The pie was well baked and browned. It turned out to be very aromatic, buttery, tender with a slight sourness of fruits and berries. So easy to prepare, but so tasty and beautiful.
STEP 12
I hope you enjoy the recipe and find it useful.
