It is very important that the yolks and butter are at the same (room) temperature, otherwise the mass may separate. And I continue to beat until fluffy. it will take 5-7 minutes.

    When both masses are whipped, I combine them. This should not be done for long, at the minimum speed of the mixer. This is what the egg-butter mixture should look like. It is a little liquid, but at the same time fluffy and airy.

    Add baking powder and vanilla sugar to the flour, mix everything well. And sift it into the egg-oil mixture in 2-3 additions. I mix well every time. I don’t do this for long so that the eggs don’t lose their fluffiness, but there shouldn’t be a lump of flour left unkneaded.

    I pour it into the form in which I will bake. The size of my form is 20*30. I first lined it with parchment paper. I level it.
