With a tomato it looks festive, in the filling this frittata will definitely turn out juicy, although the chopped potatoes confused me a little, for myself I’ll replace it with zucchini, it will be more beneficial, but, of course, this is according to the norms of my taste, so I’m not giving any advice, just I’m sharing my opinion...I love these baked things!

Shura, of course, replace it if it tastes better to you)) the most important thing is that it tastes good to you :) and potatoes are traditionally almost always added to a frittata, so I added them, especially since I just had one already boiled , so I fed my family dinner with one potato)))
