STEP 1
How to quite simply and quickly prepare a dish of juicy and tender pollock fillet with vegetables in a frying pan, which is sure to appeal to many and will pleasantly surprise you with its wonderful taste? First of all, prepare the necessary products with spices for cooking pollock fillet fried in a frying pan under a vegetable coat.
STEP 2
To prepare the dish, take a large bowl and place in it five hundred grams of pollock fillet cut into small random pieces, then pour salt to taste into the bowl with the fish, add ground black pepper and mix well.

Take a suitable frying pan and place it on the stove, then pour two tablespoons of vegetable oil into it and heat it, then cut one large onion into thin half rings, grate one large carrot and put the vegetables in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil, which then stir and fry over high heat on the stove.

Place the vegetable dressing from the plate in the pan on top of the fish pieces and spread it in an even layer.
STEP 11
Cover the pan with a lid and continue cooking the dish on low heat for ten minutes until fully cooked.
STEP 12
Place the prepared dish of fried pollock fillet stewed with vegetables into portioned plates with a side dish to taste and serve.
