We haven’t had mussels for a long time, but now we decided to treat ourselves. I looked at fried mussels in a frying pan with onions here, just in case. I had a decent amount of water from the mussels, some was glass, some had boiled away. It's a pity there was no parsley, it goes great. Well, potatoes, how could we live without them! Thanks a lot! This is the only way I will cook from now on.
