  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make fried meat with mushrooms in a frying pan? Very fast and easy! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. What meat can you take besides pork? Any. Beef, lamb, chicken or turkey will do. But keep in mind that the calorie content and cooking time of the dish will change. In addition to these spices, you can add your own to taste.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Wash the meat, dry it and cut into medium cubes. Pork needs no bones, just pulp. Choose a part of the carcass according to your taste. This could be a ham, shoulder, carbonate, tenderloin, etc. I have a ham.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Wash the mushrooms and dry. Cut large mushrooms into quarters or even smaller, leave small ones whole. If possible, choose young and fresh champignons. In addition to champignons, you can use any other mushrooms to taste. But they may have to be boiled first, especially if they are fresh wild mushrooms.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Cut the onion into half rings or small cubes, as you prefer.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Wash the cilantro, dry and finely chop. If desired, you can replace or supplement with other herbs, for example, dill, parsley, mint, or use a mixture of different herbs

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Peel the garlic and finely chop it. You can replace fresh garlic with 1 tbsp. l. dry.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over high heat. Add the onion and fry, stirring, until translucent. You can learn how to choose the right frying pan and oil for frying by reading articles on these topics. You will find the links at the end of this recipe under the steps.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Place pork in pan. Fry over high heat, stirring occasionally, for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Sprinkle the meat with dried thyme and stir.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Add mushrooms to the meat and fry, stirring, for about 5-7 minutes or longer. Excess moisture should evaporate from mushrooms and meat. The exact roasting time depends on the cut of carcass you choose, the size of the pieces, your technique, and personal preference.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

At the end, add salt, pepper and mix everything. Turn off the heat.

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

Sprinkle the meat with chopped garlic and cilantro and stir.

  13. STEP 13

    STEP 13

Cover the pan with a lid and let the meat sit for 10-15 minutes.

  14. STEP 14

    STEP 14

Divide the pork meat fried in a frying pan with mushrooms and onions into plates and serve with any side dish. Bon appetit!

I bought a new frying pan, the first dish cooked in it was meat according to the recipe, meat with mushrooms fried in a frying pan. For cooking I took lean pork, the whole frying process took a minimum of time. After frying the onions in vegetable oil, I added the meat, cut into medium cubes, and fried everything together for 6 minutes until the meat was browned. I cut the champignons into slices, put them in a roasting pan, and kept them on the fire for another 7 minutes. Then I salted everything, mixed it, removed it from the heat and left it covered for 15 minutes. Served with chopped parsley (replaced cilantro) and garlic. It turned out incredibly tasty! The meat and mushrooms turned out very appetizing, with a garlicky kick, and the champignons were also incredibly juicy. I recommend it to everyone! Thank you very much for the recipe!
