How to fry champignons in a frying pan with onions? Prepare the necessary ingredients to cook fried champignons with onions in a frying pan. You will need a minimum set of products: the mushrooms themselves, onions, vegetable oil (I use unrefined corn oil), and a little salt.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Rinse the champignons thoroughly, cut off the dark spots with a sharp knife and refresh the cut of each mushroom. Dry the champignons with a towel, cut into slices of any shape and size. The main thing is not to make it too small. I like to cut the mushrooms into slices, whole mushrooms, or halves over the entire area if the mushroom is large.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add peeled and finely diced onions. Stirring occasionally, fry until soft and translucent.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Add chopped champignons to the onion in the frying pan and stir. Also stir-fry the mushrooms and onions over medium heat until all the juice has evaporated and the mushrooms begin to brown. There is no need to fry the champignons too much so that they don’t end up too dry.

Sometimes you want something lean for dinner. A good solution for us was fried champignons with onions in a frying pan, which I served with mashed potatoes. We especially like it when the mushrooms are fresh. I think they turn out less watery. Therefore, I washed the fresh champignons, dried them, cut them into slices and put them in a frying pan with the onions. I fried them until golden brown and added salt at the end. According to the author's advice, I did not fry it too much so as not to dry it out. And the mushrooms really came out juicy, tasty, aromatic! And they are fried, not stewed, for example. Thanks to the author!

Today there is a holiday in my kitchen - I cooked fried champignons with onions in a frying pan according to this wonderful recipe. I love mushrooms! The cooking process was quick and simple, and the result exceeded all my expectations - the dish turned out incredibly tasty! I cooked champignons with mashed potatoes, in my opinion the perfect combination! . The mushrooms were fried until golden brown, retaining their juiciness and tenderness. Champignons have a subtle, subtle mushroom aroma that goes well with the aroma of fried onions. It was delicious! Thanks for the recipe!

When I think about what to cook with champignons, only some intricate recipes like stuffed caps baked in the oven or julienne always come to mind. It turns out you can just fry them! For me this is the revelation of the year. Thanks for the recipe!

There is no need to wash the champignons thoroughly! You can even eat them raw: just cut them, pour them well with vegetable oil and sprinkle generously with dill, without stirring. Cool and eat as a salad.
