STEP 1
How to fry champignons in a frying pan with onions? Prepare the necessary ingredients to cook fried champignons with onions in a frying pan. You will need a minimum set of products: the mushrooms themselves, onions, vegetable oil (I use unrefined corn oil), and a little salt.
STEP 2
Rinse the champignons thoroughly, cut off the dark spots with a sharp knife and refresh the cut of each mushroom. Dry the champignons with a towel, cut into slices of any shape and size. The main thing is not to make it too small. I like to cut the mushrooms into slices, whole mushrooms, or halves over the entire area if the mushroom is large.
STEP 3
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add peeled and finely diced onions. Stirring occasionally, fry until soft and translucent.
STEP 4
Add chopped champignons to the onion in the frying pan and stir. Also stir-fry the mushrooms and onions over medium heat until all the juice has evaporated and the mushrooms begin to brown. There is no need to fry the champignons too much so that they don’t end up too dry.
STEP 5
Fried champignons with onions in a frying pan are ready! You can serve them either freshly prepared or chilled.
