French pork with potatoes and cheese in the oven

STEP 1
How to bake meat in French in the oven from pork with potatoes and cheese? Prepare products according to the list. Fresh pork, neck part. If you use frozen meat, it should be thawed. I use semi-soft cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Prepare the pan for use in the oven.
STEP 2
Rinse the pork under running cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Cut into arbitrary pieces 1 - 1.5 cm thick. Beat each piece on both sides with a culinary hammer. Place the meat in a bowl, add salt, pepper, mayonnaise and mix. Leave the meat to sit for a few minutes while the vegetables are prepared. If desired, you can add chopped garlic to the meat.
STEP 3
Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut into thin slices, mix with salt. Cover the selected baking dish or baking sheet with baking paper (you can not cover it, but grease it with vegetable oil). Place the chopped potatoes in a baking dish, spreading them evenly across the bottom of the dish.
STEP 4
Peel the onions and cut into rings or half rings. Distribute the chopped onion evenly over the potatoes.
STEP 5
Place the prepared meat on top of the chopped onion, filling all the space above the onion. Then you can cover the baking dish with foil, or you can leave it open and put it in the oven. But in the second option, you should take into account that during baking the meat will decrease slightly in size. Place the dish with the meat in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 1 hour.
STEP 6
After an hour, remove the pan with meat from the oven and sprinkle with grated cheese. Place the pan back in the oven until the cheese crust is golden brown.
