Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 40 mins
STEP 1
Heat the whey, but do not allow it to boil. Stir in sugar, salt, flour. Beat with a whisk.
STEP 2
Homogeneous thick dough.
STEP 3
The batter should be so thick that it slowly falls from the spoon (does not flow, otherwise you will end up with pancakes, not pancakes). Now you can add soda to it, mix well and fry.
STEP 4
Fry over medium heat in a frying pan greased with sunflower oil.
STEP 5
Fry on both sides until golden brown. The pancakes fit strongly like donuts and don't fall off once they cool. I recommend removing from the pan onto a paper towel to absorb excess fat.
