STEP 1

How to make kefir pancakes without yeast? Prepare your food. Heat kefir until warm and add soda to it. Stir and leave to stand for 3-5 minutes. During this time, the soda will react with kefir. In a separate bowl, combine the egg and sugar.

Then add vegetable oil and a pinch of vanillin; a larger amount will add bitterness to the baked goods. Pour in kefir and soda and add flour sifted through a sieve. Flour must always be sifted. At the same time, it is saturated with oxygen and the finished products are more airy.
STEP 4

Mix the dough well until smooth so that there are no lumps of flour. To do this, you can use a mixer. Then turn over with a spatula and fry the other side the same way. Don't make a big fire. The pancakes should have time to bake inside and not burn on the outside.
