  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make kefir pancakes without yeast? Prepare your food. Heat kefir until warm and add soda to it. Stir and leave to stand for 3-5 minutes. During this time, the soda will react with kefir. Thanks to this, the finished pancakes will be fluffy. You will learn about the features of baking with soda in the article at the end of the recipe.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

In a separate bowl, combine the egg and sugar.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Then add vegetable oil and a pinch of vanillin; a larger amount will add bitterness to the baked goods. Pour in kefir and soda and add flour sifted through a sieve. Flour must always be sifted. At the same time, it is saturated with oxygen and the finished products are more airy.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Mix the dough well until smooth so that there are no lumps of flour. To do this, you can use a mixer. You will need more or less flour than indicated in the composition; you can read more in the article at the end of this recipe. Focus on the consistency of the dough. When ready, it should be quite thick.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and spoon out the dough to form pancakes. Fry them for 1-2 minutes over low heat. You will learn how to choose a frying pan and oil for frying from articles on these topics, links to them are at the end of the recipe.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Then turn over with a spatula and fry the other side the same way. Don't make a big fire. The pancakes should have time to bake inside and not burn on the outside.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Remove the finished pancakes from the hot frying pan onto a prepared plate. To remove excess oil from them, you can place them on paper towels. Delicious, fluffy pancakes are ready for tea. Bon appetit!

The pancakes are very tasty, thanks for the recipe! With jam or sour cream - the best breakfast. You can also add grated cheese, I like it.

I have made pancakes more than once. But this was my first time tasting such delicious pancakes. I was interested in the recipe because of its highlight - vanilla. I found all the ingredients at home and I did everything according to the layout. The first thing that came to my mind when I first tried the pancake was the word - divine! I give this recipe an excellent rating: because I looked at a recipe I had known for a long time with different eyes. And the result pleased me very much.

Everyone has such products in their home: kefir, eggs and flour. With a little effort, the pancakes delight us with their delicate and cozy taste. Everything in this recipe is simple and accessible; I was very impressed by the vanilla flavoring additive. By the way, a delicious breakfast is provided. I even ate them just like that, with tea, without sour cream, jam or other sweets. The recipe is excellent, I repeat again, my family appreciated my efforts. Thanks to the author for the recipe.

They came out well!) I used a little more flour) I added 3 tablespoons of sugar, but not a heaping spoon, so they didn’t come out very sweet, which made it possible to top them with all sorts of goodies!))) Thanks for the recipe!

What fluffy pancakes you made, great! Apparently the combination of kefir and soda still does its job - the dough rises well and keeps its shape! Thank you very much for the recipe!

live forever, learn and die a fool! In my life it would never occur to me to make pancakes with yeast, and I never add and will never add soda to pancakes and it always turns out fluffy, sooooooooooooooooo fluffy. What am I talking about? Just thanks for another version of the recipe.
