  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

If you don’t yet know how to fry delicious cheesecakes without flour, then check out this recipe. It seems impossible, but it's a fact! We take all the products we need according to the list. We don’t need flour, as you already understood from the name of this dish. We will replace it with semolina.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Let's start preparing cheesecakes. To do this, put all the cottage cheese in a bowl, add sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, and mix everything thoroughly.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Drive the eggs into a deep bowl or tall jug and beat with a whisk, mixer or immersion blender with a suitable attachment.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Gradually add semolina into the egg mixture.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

    Mix everything thoroughly until smooth.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Pour the resulting egg-semolina mixture into the cottage cheese and gradually mix.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

We came up with this dough for our cheesecakes without flour - the consistency is runny.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Place the frying pan over high heat, heat it up, reduce the heat to medium and pour a little vegetable oil into it (so that the cheesecakes don’t come out greasy). Spoon the dough onto the heated oil. We form small oval or round cakes of approximately the same size. Fry the cheesecakes on both sides for about 3-5 minutes until golden brown.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Remove the finished cheesecakes from the pan and fry the next batch - if necessary, add a little more oil and heat it up. Serve ready-made cheesecakes with sour cream, condensed milk, caramel, jam or jam. They taste better hot.

I would like to note that the amount of semolina is not a fixed value. My cottage cheese was quite wet, so I added about 30 more grams.

Excellent cheesecakes! I also used more semolina, otherwise the dough was very liquid, and instead of vanillin I added lemon zest - the aroma is amazing. Thanks for the recipe!
