Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 5 mins
STEP 1
Grind almonds into flour. You can dry it first.
STEP 2
Pour the almonds into a cup.
STEP 3
Add the egg.
STEP 4
Add milk.
STEP 5
Add honey (or sweetener) and baking powder.
STEP 6
Add nuts to taste (such as cashews and sesame seeds).
STEP 7
Mix everything well.
STEP 8
Place the bowl of dough in the microwave for 3 minutes.
STEP 9
Cool the finished cake.
STEP 10
For the sauce, mix yogurt, honey and cinnamon. Drizzle over cupcakes.
STEP 11
Decorate as you like and brew tea.

I decided to quickly prepare cookies for tea, and found a recipe for flourless cupcakes in the microwave. I ground the almonds in a coffee grinder, added all the ingredients except cashews. I baked them in a silicone mold without greasing anything. In the first minute of cooking, the cupcake rose so sharply that I even I thought it would leak over the edge, but no, everything turned out perfect. The cake fell out of the pan easily. Just 3 minutes of baking and a delicious festive little cupcake is ready!
