Flatbread with cottage cheese and dill Khachapuri

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
I will prepare the ingredients for Khachapuri with cottage cheese.
STEP 2
Mix kefir with salt and butter. Sift flour, add baking powder. With constant stirring, add flour to the liquid ingredients. Knead the dough. Place the dough in a bowl and cover with cling film.
STEP 3
Let's prepare the filling. Mix cottage cheese, egg and finely chopped dill until smooth. The filling is ready, let's move on to the dough.
STEP 4
Divide the dough into 3 parts and form into balls. I do the same with the filling. I sprinkle the surface with flour, lay out a ball of dough and roll it into a flat cake. I put the filling in the middle and seal the edges of the dough.
STEP 5
I turn it seam side down and roll out the dough with the filling. Do the same with the rest of the flatbreads.
STEP 6
I put a dry frying pan on high heat to heat up. I lay out the first flatbread and fry for 5-8 minutes. I turn it over and grease it with butter. Cover with a lid and fry for another 5 minutes. I do the same with the rest of the flatbreads. Khachapuri is ready! Bon appetit!
