I made fish salad with corn without rice. I was looking for a salad without mayonnaise and found it. I didn’t have boiled trout, so I replaced it with canned pink salmon, which I think is also a good option. I cut the fish into pieces (there were two steaks). I boiled the potatoes and eggs the night before, so the salad was ready quickly. I decided not to scald the onion, but I didn’t want it raw either. I chose the third option - marinated it in vinegar for a short time. The onion turned out not bitter, crispy, with a slight sourness. Goes very well with the rest of the ingredients. Dressed the salad with a mixture of olive oil and pink salmon juice and lightly salted it. It turned out very tasty, juicy and satisfying. There are neutral products and crunchy pieces, an interesting combination. And sweet corn harmonizes well with fresh cucumber and sour onions.
