    The end result should be a soft, non-sticky dough that can be rolled out. It took me just 3 cups of flour. But keep in mind that the flour is different, so you may need less flour. At the end, I literally added flour one spoon at a time so as not to over-mix it. Excess flour can cause the cakes to become tough. The dough should be soft, but so soft that you can pick it up with your hands and divide it into pieces.

I whipped up the famous cake for tea. Easier than ever. It’s not for nothing that it’s called that; it really wasn’t difficult to make. For the dough of flour (highest grade), it took me three 200 ml glasses (380 g). I took the egg category C1. The dough turned out very tender, soft, and at the same time it rolled out perfectly and did not tear. I cooked the cakes in a cast iron frying pan for 1-1.5 minutes on each side. The cakes turn over easily and do not break. I cut the cakes into a plate with a diameter of 20 cm. I also used C1 eggs for the cream. Butter with a fat content of 72.5 percent. My daughter helped me coat the cakes with cream. I crushed the remaining cakes in a blender. The cake rested in the refrigerator for about 5 hours. The cake turned out very tender and tasty.
