For decoration you will need fresh leaves, I borrow them from a homemade tangerine, and half a bar of dark chocolate. The number of leaves is arbitrary, but if you plan to thoroughly cover the cake with leaves, the amount of chocolate will also increase.

Heat the chocolate in a water bath, spread it on washed leaves and send it to harden in the refrigerator.

When the chocolate has hardened, carefully remove the green leaves and get chocolate leaves.

Decorate the cake with leaves, mastic flowers and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
