STEP 1
How to make an egg roll with cheese and garlic? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Choose cheese according to your taste, because it sets the main flavor note of the rolls. The main thing is that it grates well.
STEP 2
In a convenient deep bowl, combine eggs with 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Mix until smooth. For ease of mixing, you can use a mixer.
STEP 3
The consistency is quite homogeneous. There is no need to add salt, since mayonnaise itself is already salty. If desired, you can add a little ground pepper or your favorite spices. In terms of taste, be guided by your preferences.
STEP 4
Heat the frying pan until hot, pour in a little vegetable oil and pour in the egg batter. Cook it over low heat for a minute on each side.

The egg pancake flips easily.
STEP 6
Remove the finished pancakes to a flat plate. I got 3 pancakes measuring 30 cm. For frying, I took a large frying pan.
STEP 7
To prepare the filling, grate the cheese into a separate bowl. Peel a few cloves of garlic and pass through a press directly into the bowl with the cheese. Add chopped parsley and mayonnaise. Instead of parsley, you can use any fresh herbs you have. Mix all ingredients for the filling thoroughly.
STEP 8
Place the cheese filling on the egg pancake and spread over the entire surface.
STEP 9
Roll the spring roll into a roll. Twist all the pancakes like this.
STEP 10
Using a sharp knife, cut the rolls into portions and place on a serving platter. Bon appetit!
