Let's make meringue. Beat the whites until fluffy foam at low speed. Then we increase the speed. And gradually add sugar. Next, beat until soft peaks form. This means that if you pull out the whisk, there should be a beak like this.

The dough has risen. We take it out and knead it again.
STEP 9
Roll it out into a layer, a rectangle. First spread the meringue and sprinkle with chocolate and nuts.

Now roll it into a roll.
