Thank you, a very interesting culinary recipe. I hope there will be step-by-step photos and photos of the finished product, it will be interesting to see the texture of the dough. It seems to me that the tangerine glaze is very appropriate here and will add a special flavor. I had a question, can kefir be replaced with regular milk, or does kefir play a special role in the taste of the dough? I've never cooked with kefir before. I will definitely use this recipe. Thank you!

Very tasty cake! The dough turns out soft, airy, like a cloud :) You get a lot of Easter cakes. I used all my paper and silicone molds, condensed milk cans, and also had to make homemade paper molds. But the glaze from 3 tablespoons of juice is only enough for 1 cake (or 3 small ones). The dough rises quickly, while I went to the theater it ran away :) I recommend the recipe :)

Thank you very much for the recipe. I baked cakes to order. I did the kneading 4 times. I was very worried, but my fears were in vain. All the customers are delighted and so am I. THANK YOU.

This should turn out to be a super delicious cake. I always put a lot of butter and this recipe has a lot of it too. Fatty Easter cakes do not go stale. I'll try to bake one this year. Good culinary luck to everyone.
