This recipe made an excellent loaf. The dough kneads very quickly, without problems. My bar was baked for 30 minutes. The crumb is airy and porous. I smeared some sweet water on top, the crust turned out crispy and appetizing. My husband cut off the tails of the warm one and killed it. Of course, homemade baked goods, made with love, cannot be compared to government-made ones. Great recipe for breakfast. Your direct participation in the cooking process takes a maximum of 15 minutes. Cook with pleasure and in a good mood!
