It doesn’t take much time to make dough pies using soda and kefir. The dough is kneaded very quickly and easily. I used kefir with a fat content of 2.5 percent, eggs of category C2. I used about 450 grams of flour (high grade). The dough turns out very tender, pliable, soft. I had enough dough for 12 medium-sized pies. I made the filling from cabbage, as suggested in the recipe. I fried the pies over medium heat in a cast iron frying pan for 2.5 minutes on each side. The pies turned out very tasty, tender and soft. The taste of soda is not noticeable.
