Well, what about dumplings with cherries?! This is my favorite filling for dumplings. I was interested in the recipe by the process of preparing the dough; I only made custard for eclairs. I decided to try it and prepared the dough for dumplings with cherry custard. The process is not complicated, but the result is very tasty) This dough is really good for making dumplings, it does not lose its shape. The products for choux pastry are very simple and accessible to everyone. When I poured boiling water, I stirred with a spoon. I needed a little more flour than indicated in the recipe. Knead until smooth and elastic. The result was a soft choux pastry that did not stick to your hands. I divided it into pieces for dumplings and rolled it out. For the filling, I didn’t mix the cherries with sugar, so I decided to just put the cherries on a circle of dough and sprinkle them with sugar, I’m more used to it that way. Unfortunately, I don’t know how to make Poltava edge, so I pinched the dumplings in a simple way) I prepared dumplings from choux pastry with steamed cherries, they taste better, in my opinion. The result is gorgeous dumplings with delicious dough and cherry filling. The choux pastry is excellent, I will continue to make it in the future. Everyone was very pleased! Thanks to the author!
