    Crack the egg into a bread machine measuring cup. You can use a regular one, it will just be more convenient to measure the amount of liquid. Beat the egg with a fork. Pour enough water into it so that together with the egg you get 230 ml. Take water at normal room temperature. Using the same fork, stir the egg and water.

    Place the stirrer blade in the bread maker bucket. Pour water mixed with egg into it. Sift the flour. To speed up the process, I sift it directly into a bucket using a special sieve mug. Sifting will not only remove possible debris from the flour, but will also saturate it with oxygen, which will make the dough softer and fluffier. Pour salt into a bucket on top of the flour.

    Place the bucket in the bread maker. Select the mode suitable for preparing dumpling dough. I call it “Pasta Dough” and it takes 20 minutes. In your model, the mode may be called differently, and the cooking time will also be different. Read the instructions carefully. When the bread machine starts working, look at the condition of the dough. It turned out too liquid for me, I added a couple more spoons of flour.

    If the dough comes out too stiff, splash in a little water. When the bread maker signals the end of the program, remove the bucket from it. Place the finished dough on the work surface. Form the dough into a log.

    Roll it into a thin layer, adding flour if necessary. Cut the layer into circles using a glass or a special notch. Place a spoonful of minced meat in the center of each circle. Make a dumpling using any method you like. You can cook the finished dumplings immediately or freeze them for future use.

My daughter asked for dumplings for dinner and that they be homemade. Homemade dumplings always taste better than store-bought ones, so I'm all for it. For the filling I used homemade minced pork and beef. And I made the dough based on this recipe. I took twice as many ingredients at once (for 16 servings). My eggs are rustic, without category markings. I took the two largest ones. Two eggs weighed 100 grams and had a volume of 100 ml. Added 360 ml of water. First I added 600 grams of wheat flour, but the dough turned out to be runny, so I gradually added more flour. 7 tablespoons was enough. The dough was kneaded on the “Dough” mode for 20 minutes. The dough turned out to be very elastic, soft, and easy to work with. Making dumplings from it is very simple. I cut out the blanks with a glass with a diameter of 6 cm. Well, unfortunately, the bread machine doesn’t make dumplings itself)))) but it kneads the dough for dumplings perfectly, I really love the bread machine for this, I threw in the ingredients, pressed the button and mind your own business, and the dough is kneading
