    How to make diet cookies from oatmeal? Prepare the necessary ingredients. My fruit puree is apple and pear, but you can use anything you like. It is advisable to cook oatmeal for a long time.     Grind coarse oat flakes in a blender until it becomes flour. But if you want the cookie structure to be uneven, do not crush the flakes too much. For example, finely ground oatmeal does not need to be chopped.

    Any mixture of dried fruits and nuts can be used. I have dates, raisins, walnuts, peanuts, almonds. Steam dried fruits in advance if necessary. Pour boiling water over them. Leave for 10-15 minutes, when they become soft, dry with paper towels and cut into small pieces. Nuts can also be ground in a blender.

    I used store-bought fruit puree, but you can make your own. To do this, bake apples and pears in the oven (with honey, if possible) until soft. Then puree the baked fruit in a blender until smooth.

    In a suitable container, combine oatmeal, coconut flakes and a mixture of dried fruits and nuts. Stir.

    Now add the fruit puree and mix the mixture well.

    The mass should be homogeneous, viscous, slightly sticky.

    Wet your hands with cold water, take about a tablespoon of the mixture and form into round balls. Flatten them slightly with your hands. You will get cookies like this. Place them on a baking sheet, which you have previously covered with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees in advance. Bake the cookies until golden, about 15-20 minutes. For tea I decided to make dietary oatmeal cookies - the perfect combination of taste and benefits. I ground some of the oatmeal, as the author advised, and left some of the flakes whole - it’s a matter of everyone’s taste, I wanted to make such a combination. Next I added pre-soaked nuts and candied fruits, coconut flakes and applesauce. I added the puree in portions and looked at the consistency of the mass. Then I put it in the oven for about 20 minutes. It turned out very tasty: crispy on the outside and quite tender on the inside. The taste of the cookies is not cloying, but not bland either, due to the addition of sweet dried fruits. And nuts add their own flavor to this cookie. Thanks to the author for the recipe!
