    First of all, we prepare the vegetables: wash and peel the potatoes thoroughly, remove the skins from the onions, and rinse them under cold water. Afterwards, both potatoes and onions can be blotted with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

    Three potatoes on the prickly side of a grater. This is not critical - you can simply grate it on a coarse grater, or even on a fine grater. In the first case, the potato pancakes will turn out more potato-like, and in the second case they will have a more uniform consistency. You can also shred the potatoes using a food processor. Afterwards, the potato mass must be squeezed out of the juice. Three also onions and also squeeze them out of the juice. Mix potatoes with onions.

    Break the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Often whole eggs along with whites are placed in potato pancakes. You can do it this way - in this case, one egg will be enough. If we only put in yolks, then we need to take two.

    We peel the garlic, pass it through a special press and add it to the rest of the ingredients, stir.

    Now add salt and a small amount of flour. Mix everything thoroughly. Place a large frying pan on the stove, pour vegetable oil into it, and heat it well.

    The oil is hot - put the future potato pancakes into the frying pan. We use a tablespoon for this. Fry the potato pancakes until golden brown, and then turn them over to the other side. Heating is medium.
