Elena Rodriguez

The aroma of freshly baked bread often hung in my grandmother’s kitchen, and on winter evenings my mother and I made jam from berries collected in the summer. These moments became the basis of my love for cooking. When I travel, I study with interest the cuisines of different nations, drawing inspiration from the diversity of tastes and traditions. Family has always been an important source of support and joy for me as together we create memories that warm our hearts. My goal is to show that cooking can be done easily and with soul, and everyone can be as excited about cooking as I am.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at The Culinary Institute of Canada.
