STEP 1
How to make crab sticks stuffed with cheese, egg and garlic? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Choose good quality crab sticks and processed cheese. The overall taste of the snack will depend on them. If desired, mayonnaise can be mixed with sour cream in a 1:1 ratio. This will be less caloric, but also tasty. STEP 2
Wash your eggs with soap, as apparently clean shells may harbor harmful bacteria. Boil the eggs hard. To do this, place them in cold water in a small saucepan and cook over low heat. You can add a little salt to the water to prevent the shell from cracking during cooking. Boil the eggs for 9-11 minutes after boiling, then add cold water to make them easier to peel. Grate the boiled eggs on a fine grater.
STEP 3
Also grate the processed cheese on a fine grater and add it to the eggs.
STEP 4
Peel the garlic cloves and pass through a press or grate on a fine grater. Place chopped garlic on a plate with eggs and cheese.
STEP 5
Wash the dill, dry and finely chop. Add the chopped greens to the rest of the ingredients, season with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
STEP 6
Remove the wrappers from the crab sticks. Place them in a fairly deep container, fill with hot water and leave for 1-2 minutes. This will soften the crab sticks a little and make them easier to unwrap.
STEP 7
Carefully unwrap the crab stick.
STEP 8
Apply a thin layer of egg-cheese spread to the inside of the crab stick.
STEP 9
Carefully roll the crab stick back into a roll. Stuffed, it will increase significantly in size.
STEP 10
Stuff the remaining crab sticks in the same way and place them in the refrigerator for about half an hour. Cut the finished appetizer into pieces of the desired size and serve. Bon appetit!
