I prepared delicious pickled cabbage for the winter with vinegar according to this recipe. Very easy and simple recipe, very quick. I calculated the amount of ingredients for 10 half liter jars. I washed and sterilized the jars just in case. I put bay leaf, pepper, garlic on the bottom and also added horseradish root for aroma and spiciness. I finely chopped the white cabbage using a special shredder. I grated the carrots coarsely. I combined the vegetables and placed them tightly in jars. I added all the spices on the list. I poured boiling water over it and rolled it up. The jars look very nice in the basement. I already want to open one) Excellent recipe! I advise everyone to make a useful preparation! Many thanks to the author!

Good day! Do you need to compact the cabbage well? It didn’t fit into my 3L jar, but you’ll write about 2L.
