Carrot salad for the winter
You can prepare carrot salad for the winter in different ways - there are many recipes, there is plenty to choose from. Carrots are cut in different ways: into cubes, circles, strips, grated, coarse, fine, Korean. They use different compositions of spices, seasonings and preservatives.
Although carrot salad for the winter is complete on its own, without additions, you can add other vegetables to the dish. These are: onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, white cabbage. You can cook it “dry”, you can choose a variation with different sauces, make carrots in their own juice or in tomato sauce, in marinade, brine.

Sweetness and juiciness indicate a healthy vegetable, which will taste better in preparations. The strength (vs. sponginess) of the fruit indicates that it will not taste bitter. Loose carrots are equal to “old”, plus they will have bitterness. The bright orange color means there is a lot of carotene inside. Once in the human liver, this gene activates vitamin A. This is what makes it unique.
You can also adjust the spiciness of the salad to your taste by adding hot peppers to it.
It’s very easy to prepare a carrot salad with vegetable oil and spices for the winter. Vegetables are cut into circles, which are stewed in a saucepan with oil.
