Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Sift 300 grams through a sieve into a bowl. flour, 3 tbsp. sugar, 1/3 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. soda, 0.5 tsp. vanilla sugar, mix and add 1 egg, 300 gr. kefir at room temperature, 2 tablespoons. vegetable oil and mix thoroughly until smooth.
STEP 2

Whisk the dough well so that there are no lumps left.
STEP 3

Beat the resulting dough thoroughly with a whisk for about five minutes and set aside for 25-30 minutes.
STEP 4

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, then spoon the dough into the heated oil.
STEP 5

Fry the pancakes over medium heat and as soon as bubbles begin to appear, turn them over to the second side with forks.
STEP 6

Place the finished pancakes on a plate and serve for breakfast.

Today I made pancakes using this recipe. They turned out very fluffy and tender. It took a little less flour and I didn’t add butter to the dough, because... fry with a lot of oil. I will use your recipe, thank you!
