Autumn Taylor

Since childhood, I remember how the aromas of freshly baked bread and jam from berries collected from our dacha were heard in my grandmother’s kitchen. These moments brought our family closer together, and I always dreamed of repeating the magic of these memories. As I traveled the world, I found inspiration in a variety of cuisines, from the savory Indian loose curry to the smooth Japanese ramen. My goal is to make cooking accessible to everyone. I believe that everyone can create something amazing in their own kitchen, and I hope that my recipes will help reveal this magical world.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Universidad del Claustro de Sor Juana.
