  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

I used durum wheat pasta. Place the pasta in boiling salted water: for 200 grams of pasta, 2 liters of water. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 20 minutes, then turn off the heat, cover the pan with a lid and let the pasta steep for another 10 minutes. Place the finished pasta in a colander and rinse.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Let's prepare vegetable sauce for pasta. Wash the tomato, cut off the top and cut into small cubes. Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds and stem and chop finely. I used half red and half green pepper.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Heat 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the vegetables in it. The heat is medium, cooking time is 10 minutes, do not forget to stir.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Pour the pasta into the pan with the gravy and add a knob of butter. Mix everything well and simmer for 3 minutes. The pasta is ready.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Cut the pork flesh into small pieces, peel the onion and chop coarsely.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Grind the meat and onion in a blender until smooth.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

    Soak the loaf in milk.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Transfer the minced meat into a deep bowl, add the soaked loaf and chopped garlic, salt and pepper to taste.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Mix everything well with your hands. The minced meat is ready.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

With wet hands, take a small amount of minced meat and form oblong or round cutlets. There is no need to dredge them, so no additional flour or breadcrumbs are needed. I use all the minced meat.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the cutlets for 10 minutes on each side over moderate heat.

Alternatively, you can cook the cutlets in this delicious gravy. The side dish can be anything - pasta, potatoes, rice... It tastes much better with gravy!

It is difficult to name a more satisfying and high-calorie dish than pork cutlets with pasta, but at the same time it is quick and easy to prepare. The gravy turned out to be very tasty, although I used frozen bell peppers and tomato paste instead of fresh tomatoes, and added a tablespoon of soy sauce of my own. I added garlic to the minced meat in smaller quantities (but this is to taste). I didn’t add any butter at all; the gravy coats the pasta wonderfully even without it. It turned out to be a tasty and satisfying dinner for a hungry husband

For lunch I made cutlets with pasta. I made minced meat for the cutlets from pork, grinding the meat using a blender. To make the minced meat more homogeneous, onions, garlic and white bread soaked in milk were also passed through a blender. For a small piece of meat I took one fourth of a large onion and a small clove of garlic (so that the cutlets acquired only a slight aroma of garlic). I prepared minced meat without eggs (according to the description in the recipe), but I made the cutlets easily, they didn’t fall apart during cooking, they came out soft and tasty! I cooked shells for a side dish. As a sauce, I prepared a frying mixture of tomato, bell pepper and onion (I added it myself). My husband loves these sauces with pasta. It turned out delicious and juicy! Thank you very much for the recipe!
