Mix the sifted flour with vanilla.

Add cottage cheese, yolk, salt, sugar, slaked soda. Knead the stiff shortbread dough.

We form a bun and let it stand for 15 minutes.

On a table sprinkled with flour, roll out a layer at least 1 cm thick and cut it out with a round cutter. I cut it out with a circle with a diameter of 8 cm.

We make a piping along the edge of each cheesecake, bending the edge, often pressing it inward.
STEP 8

For the filling, mix jam (I used raspberry) and starch. The filling can be different according to your taste.
STEP 9

Place the cheesecakes on a baking sheet greased with oil. Place a little jam on each cheesecake. Place in a heated room at 180 degrees. oven for 15-20 minutes.
STEP 10

Turned red - ready. You can drink tea!
