Curd casserole with rice flour in the oven
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to make cottage cheese casserole with rice flour in the oven? Prepare your food. Take cottage cheese of any fat content, just keep in mind that the calorie content of the dish will depend on it. You can adjust the amount of sugar to your taste. Instead of vanillin, you can take a teaspoon of vanilla sugar. How to choose the right cottage cheese, read the article, link at the end of this recipe.
STEP 2
Take a deep bowl. Place cottage cheese in it. Beat in the eggs. Be sure to wash your eggs before using them, as even seemingly clean shells can harbor harmful bacteria. It is best to use food grade detergents and a brush. Add sugar, vanillin and a pinch of salt. Don't be afraid to add salt to sweet baked goods - it will serve as a flavor enhancer.
STEP 3
Stir everything until smooth. It is best to punch the mass with a submersible blender - then it will become even more airy. I made it from soft, pasty cottage cheese, so a hand whisk was enough. If you have grainy cottage cheese, then do not exclude the blender.
STEP 4
Add rice flour, you may need a little less or more. Mix the dough again until completely smooth. You will learn all the secrets and features of working with rice flour from the article, link at the end of the recipe.
STEP 5
Take a suitable baking dish. I have a round one, 18 cm in diameter. The larger the shape, the flatter the casserole you will get, take this into account when choosing. Grease the bottom and sides of the pan with a piece of butter or a drop of vegetable oil. Pour the dough into it and smooth the top with a spatula.
STEP 6
Place the pan with the dough in the oven, preheated to 180°C. Bake the casserole for 40 minutes to an hour. The exact time will depend on the features of your oven, the size of the mold and the properties of the cottage cheese. Read more about the operating features of ovens in the article, link at the end of the recipe. Determine readiness by appearance - the casserole will be browned. Remove it from the oven and cool. The casserole will settle a little - this is normal. Carefully remove it from the mold.
STEP 7
Serve the casserole with sour cream, jam or condensed milk. Bon appetit!
