For the winter I closed a couple of jars of cucumbers with carrot tops. I found the tops in my freezer, so I decided to use them somewhere. I had leaf celery. I placed the leaves, herbs and garlic cloves on the bottom, and placed the cucumbers tightly on top. The cucumbers were pre-soaked for three hours in cold water. I also found garlic arrows in the freezer and decided to find a use for them too. I spread them among the cucumbers. When pouring boiling water, such an appetizing smell of garlic and carrots appeared! I think in winter I will have very fragrant and spicy cucumbers!
